Simple, Royalty-Free License Terms
It’s Yours To Use, Forever.
Contrary to the old established practices in the photography industry, I believe that once you pay for an image it should be yours to use.
My simple, royalty-free licensing terms mean the following:
- You can use the image for any purpose
- You can use the image wherever and whenever you want
- You can keep using the image as long as you want
- You never have to pay for it again
- No complicated right-to-use license terms to keep track of (simplicity)
- The copyright for the image remains with me
- Your right-to-use is non-exclusive (unless otherwise agreed to in writing)
- You may not resell, relicense or otherwise distribute the image to any 3rd parties.
